The Enid Public School District will be implementing a newly purchased student information software (SIS) package to provide real-time accountability on student performances. PowerSchool is a student information system that Enid Public Schools will implement in the fall of 2007 to share information between students, teachers, and parents. Students can track their own progress, parents have immediate access to their student's grades, and teachers gain timesaving administrative tools. The new SIS PowerSchool premier software application allows school administrators, teachers, students, and parents to access information about student performance online. The components of the software application will allow parents to preview important academic information such as grades, homework, and attendance.  Benefits for parents:

Access up-to-date student performance data
Track assignments and attendance
Discuss performance issues with student using current assignment status and grades
Read daily bulletin
Receive email reports
Communicate easily with teachers
