Thank you for your interest in the 2013 EPS Career Fair. We are excited that you would like to join our team! We believe this will be a great way for you to be introduced to our district, and it will allow us to learn about your strengths as an educator.

The Interview Process

Our principals will be available for 20-25 minute interviews. They will gather feedback that will be provided to all principals so that you can be considered for upcoming openings.

You may register for interview appointments at the link at the bottom of this page.  Currently, we are allowing three interviews per applicant; however, this number is expected to increase before registration closes. Please check back often for updates.

Requirements

In order to register for interviews, you are asked to meet the following criteria: (1) hold a current Oklahoma or out-of-state certificate OR (2) be a college senior completing teacher education requirements. Applicants are asked to bring a resume for each principal they will meet with and, it is preferred, that an application be on file with Enid Public Schools.

Career Fair Activities

Amber Fitzgerald, Director HR & Communications, will be available in the Garfield media center to discuss the next steps of the application and hiring process, as well as district compensation and benefits. A short presentation will begin every 30 minutes with questions and answers.

Subject matter consultants and grade-level chairs will be available in the cafeteria to discuss district curriculum and resources. Light refreshments will be prepared as well.

Registration

Please schedule only three interviews at this time. (This number may be increased closer to the event.) Please note that Principal A, for example, will be the same interviewer during each time period; therefore, you should not select the same principal more than once. Interviews may also be scheduled with the Director of Special Education & Director of Early Childhood Education.
