Game On: EHS to be Featured on Mind Games

Tune into KSBI later this month to see the Enid High School Academic Team compete in Mind Games: High School Edition. The program will air November 25 at 6:30 p.m. on Suddenlink channel 16. The show was taped at the Oklahoma City station in early October.

Due to an agreement with the station, coach John Crockett said he can't reveal how EHS fared in the 32-team, single-elimination tournament but he hopes the community will watch the program to cheer for the team. Go Enid! Learn More about Mind Games

 

Fa ...la ...la ...la ... Lots of Music to Enjoy!

The holiday season is a busy a time so mark your calendar now for our school performances! Join us for a host of Christmas programs, including plays, assemblies and concerts. From our elementary performers to our high school vocalists and musicians, it's great entertainment for the entire family. See the Schedule

 

Don't Miss Opening Night!

Fourteen actors will portray 50 characters this week when Enid High School presents "The Dining Room." The production will be tonight and Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the EHS auditorium, located on the second floor at 611 W. Wabash. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students. The play, written by A.R. Gurney, features a seamless collection of moments that showcase the complexity of family life: the joys, sorrows, love and sadness. The show is directed by EHS instructor Linda Outhier. Live from Enid: It's Your Local Schools!

Want to learn more about Enid schools? Then, tune into KOFM for School Days! This monthly program, hosted by Alan Clepper and Jay Hoberecht, features a LIVE hour-long broadcast from a local school. Thanks to a sponsorship from McDonalds, you can hear  the latest news and happenings directly from the students and teachers. You might even recognize a voice or two! The next School Days broadcast will be December 12 from 10-11 a.m. at Coolidge Elementary. Listen Live to KOFM

 

Road Ready: Sign-Up for Driver's Education

Do you know teenagers ready to hit the road, but they need driver's education? EHS is planning a tuition-based class this winter! Classwork will begin December 3 in the lectorium from 7-7:50 a.m., and driving time will be before and after school and on Saturdays. Cost of the program is $170, and the course includes 30 hours of classwork and six hours of driving time. For more information or to enroll, please call EHS at 366-8300. Learn More
