EPS Principal Nominated for National Award
Scott Allen, Monroe Elementary principal, has been nominated for LifeChanger of the Year. He was nominated by a colleague and a Monroe parent.
Randy Rader, EPS Assistant Superintendent, said Allen’s contributions to Monroe go beyond the school day and makes a difference for students, staff, and parents.
“We are honored to have Mr. Allen as part of our leadership in the district and cannot think of anyone more worthy of this nomination,” said Rader. “EPS is fortunate to have a wonderful male role model for our youngest learners at Monroe.”
Allen is in his sixth year as principal at Monroe Elementary. He has been instrumental in bringing a new environment to the school, beginning each day with encouraging chants with students and staff.
“I am honored to be nominated for LifeChanger of the Year and I am thrilled to share it with my amazing Monroe family,” said Allen.
