A special opportunity for EPS teachers, especially those who alternatively certified and/or who are new to the profession
It is often said that the first year of teaching is about teacher survival, hoping kids learn something. The second year is about half and half; and by the third year, it becomes about the kids and what you have to provide academically. This is mainly due to classroom management and all that entails. At EPS, we love our teachers and want to support them in any way we can so we are bringing in a guest speaker just for you.
Drew Eichelberger brings with him a wealth of experience as a Teacher, Principal, Director of Elementary Education, and now School Superintendent. He is witty, inspirational, extremely tall, and will provide you with practical, actionable items to implement immediately, helping to ensure your success.
