Evening appointments available on Tuesdays from 4:00–7:00 PM by appointment.

Student Expectations

Students are expected to:

Work on coursework every school day.
Maintain pacing in every course.

Attendance

Attend scheduled meetings.

Participate in required testing.

Students who fail to make academic progress or remain inactive for extended periods may be withdrawn from the program according to district policy.

Academic Progress

Students should:

Stay on or ahead of pacing.
Complete coursework daily.
Finish all courses by assigned target dates.
Meet regularly with teachers if behind.
Participate in tutoring when assigned.

Communication

Students should:

Check school email daily.
Respond to teacher messages promptly.
Notify staff of illness or emergencies.
Keep contact information current.
Attend scheduled conferences.

Parents are encouraged to communicate regularly with teachers and staff regarding student progress.

How much should I work each day?
Students should work consistently every school day and remain on pace. A minimum of 16 hours per week is required.

Yes. Students are encouraged to work ahead whenever possible.

What happens if I fall behind?
Teachers will develop an intervention plan that may include tutoring, parent meetings, or additional support.

How often are grades updated on PowerSchool
Grades are updated every 6 weeks.

Can I participate in extracurricular activities?

No. Students enrolled in the Enid Public Schools Academy are not eligible to participate in extracurricular activities, including athletics, clubs, organizations, and other school-sponsored competitive activities. Students who wish to participate in extracurricular activities should discuss available enrollment options with an EPSA administrator.
