Located in the heart of Northwest Oklahoma, Enid is home to 50,000 people. Good Morning America has recognized Enid as one of the five “Up and Coming” areas of the country.

Enid offers its residents a wealth of opportunities for recreation and adventure. Arts enthusiasts can enjoy performances by the Enid Symphony Orchestra and Gaslight Theatre, while sports lovers will want to catch a baseball game at the national-caliber David Allen Memorial Ballpark in historic downtown. Enid is also home to five museums, including a noted children’s facility. The recently opened  Enid Event Center brings world-class events and concerts to our community, and First Friday combines the best in dining, retail and entertainment in downtown Enid.

Enid’s business community continues to grow and thrive in today’s economy. The largest employers include: Vance AFB, Advance Food Company and EPS.

Enid is also proud to have Autry Technology Center and branches of Northwestern Oklahoma State University and Northern Oklahoma College. Enid is the hub of healthcare for Northwest Oklahoma, with two outstanding facilities: St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center and Integris Bass Baptist Health Center.
