AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ELEMENTARY PARENTS:

Enid Public Schools is fortunate to be able to provide our students with a chromebook and hotspot, thanks to our supportive community and a grant from T-Mobile. It made the transition to distance learning for the last few weeks of school easier for our learners. However, it is now time to return the technology so that we may prepare it for use during the 2020-2021 school year!

Please return your elementary students’ chromebooks and hotspots checked out this last spring to Information Technology on the following dates that correspond with your student’s school:

Mon, 7/13, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.: Carver/Fowler/Commons, Adams, Ike, Glenwood, McKinley

Tue, 7/14, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.: PV, Monroe, Garfield

Wed, 7/15, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.: Coolidge, Hayes, Taft, Hoover

Thur, 7/16, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.: Anyone that missed their day

Incoming 6th grade students are welcome to keep their devices for this coming school year.

Please see the map to drop off your devices at IT. The process will be much like how you picked up the devices from IT back in March. When you come to the Administrative Services Center complex, located at 500 S. Independence, please use Washington Street from the north and turn on Park Ave. to access our drive. Only one entrance will be open. Please remain in your car so that we can all stay safe and healthy. You are welcome to call IT at 580-366-7070 for any questions.

Thank you for your cooperation!
