Dr. Dudley Darrow

Dr. Dudley Darrow

Dr. Darrow has served as Superintendent of Enid Public Schools since July 1, 2023. Prior to that, he served as Superintendent of Chisolm Public Schools, Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Education for EPS, and Enid High School's head principal.

Darrow earned his bachelor degree in education from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, masters of education from the University of Central Oklahoma, and is earned his doctorate in educational leadership at Oklahoma State University. He holds Oklahoma professional certifications for superintendent of schools, secondary and elementary principal, intermediate math and physical education.

In addition to his many roles served at EPS, Dr. Darrow was an EHS football coach. He looks forward to continuing the EPS tradition of excellence and serving the students and educators of Enid Public Schools!

Angela Rhoades

Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Education

Dr. Angela Rhoades

Dr. Rhoades began her role as Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Education in July 2022. She has an extensive public education background having worked as a special education teacher, high school assistant principal, elementary principal and director of special education/federal programs for Woodward Public Schools. She also served as Guymon Public Schools superintendent before coming to EPS.

Dr. Rhoades received her associate’s degree from Murray State College and earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She completed her doctorate in Educational Leadership at Southern Nazarene University in May 2023.

Dr. Rhoades has one son, Damian, and is happy to be a member of the Enid community with her husband, Tommie.

Randy Rader

Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Education

Randy Rader

Mr. Rader has been the Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Education with Enid Public Schools since 2013. Prior to moving to Enid, Mr. Rader was a principal in Putnam City Schools at Northridge Elementary and Apollo Elementary. His teaching career started in Mustang Public Schools as a third grade teacher.

Mr. Rader earned his Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education from Southern Nazarene University and his Masters of Educational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University as well. He holds Oklahoma professional certifications for superintendent of schools, elementary principal, and elementary education.

Mr. Rader is completing his 36th year in the United States Army Reserve where he has served as a Drill Sergeant, First Sergeant, and is now the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer for Battalion Operations.  Rader enjoys Enid and all it has to offer through its schools and the community.

Dr. Sam Robinson

Chief Financial Officer

Dr. Sam Robinson

Dr. Robinson became the Enid Public Schools CFO/COO in 2018 after serving as principal at Longfellow Middle School. He enjoys impacting learning from an operational role, providing quality educational services and support to students and staff alike.

Dr. Robinson earned his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma Panhandle State University, and his master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. He completed his doctoral work through the University of North Texas in 2018.

He is the proud father of Grant and Zoe, both EPS students, and his wife, Shannon, is a counselor at Garfield Elementary.

Jane Johnson

Director of Human Resources & Communications

Jane Johnson

Jane Johnson has been serving Enid Public Schools since 1989, beginning as a classroom teacher and then serving as a principal for 20 years before she accepted the director of HR and communications role in 2020.

Mrs. Johnson earned her bachelor of science in elementary education as well as her masters of education, with an emphasis in administration, at what is now Northern Oklahoma College, formerly Phillips University. She holds Oklahoma certification in administration.

She is honored to be the mother of four Enid High graduates (Matthew, Mark, Michael, and Sarah) and is married to former Enid High vocal music educator Randy Johnson.

Melissa Graddick

Director of Special Services

Melissa Graddick

Melissa Graddick has been with Enid Public Schools since 2020 as the Director of Special Services. Graddick began her education career in 2002 as a special education teacher for the Lebanon City School District. She joined the EPS team in 2011 as a special education teacher at Enid High School and served on the Campus Advisory Committee as well as the Curriculum Committee. In addition, she also served as EHS special education department chair. In 2016, Mrs. Graddick accepted a position as Special Education Coordinator for Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District and went on to serve as the Special Education Director for the Hood-Somervell Counties Shared Service Arrangement Cooperative in Glen Rose, Texas.

Mrs. Graddick earned her bachelor of arts degree in sociology with criminology from the University of Oklahoma and her master's degree in special education at Wright State University. She holds professional certifications in special education and administration, grades early childhood to 12th grade.

Jeffery Herbel

Director of Information and Instructional Technology

Jeffery Herbel

Jeffery A. Herbel has served as the Director of Information and Instructional Technology since July 2009. 

Before joining the EPS team, Herbel worked for Oklahoma City Public Schools, Information Technology Department for 12 years. Jeffery is a graduate of Oklahoma Panhandle State University and holds a Bachler’s of Business Administration in Computers Information Systems.

He was selected as the 2013 Oklahoma Technology Association Technology Leader of the Year. The 2013 OASA District #3 Central Office Administrator of the Year. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Greater Enid class 27. 

He is currently serving as President of OKSTE, the Vice-President and Vice-Chairman of the Board for Not Your Average Joe and is past Vice-Chairman of the Board for Hope Outreach Ministries. He is past President for the Rotary Club of Enid for the  2020/2021 year. 

Jeffery is an active member of OKSTE, OASA, ISTE, CoSN, OkASBO, and Rotary International.

Leslie Wichert

Director of Federal Programs & District EL Coordinator

Leslie Wichert

Leslie Wichert began her teaching career in 1999 with Enid Public Schools.  Mrs. Wichert has been serving Enid Public Schools for 24 years as a classroom teacher, Title I teacher, instructional coach, Asst. Federal Programs Coordinator, and is currently the Director of Federal Programs.  She is also the Homeless Liaison and Native American Project Director for the district.

Mrs. Wichert received her bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.  She also received two Masters Degrees, Reading Specialist and Educational Leadership, from Northwestern.

Mrs. Wichert is passionate in providing the best educational opportunities for ALL students in Enid Public Schools.
