WMS Families:
Please assist us in communicating with your student that we have sent an invite to their school email to join StudentSquare. They will click the link in the email, sign in with their school email, and confirm their contact information is correct.

App information can be found by going to https://parentsquare.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036065571-Download-the-StudentSquare-Mobile-App

Once they are set up, please have them add in their phone number if they choose – this will help students involved in activities when coaches/directors communicate helpful information to them. If your student is involved in any summer activities it is important for them to complete this process as soon as possible.

This is replacing Remind as our form of communication with students and families.

Hello Waller Families,
Tomorrow is the final day of the school year! We have a fun-filled day planned to celebrate our students' hard work. Here is everything you need to know to ensure the day runs smoothly:
🍧 Concessions & Treats
Students will have the opportunity to purchase concessions and Johnny Freeze throughout the day. Please ensure your student brings their money with them in the morning; due to the day's activities, it will be very difficult to track down students to deliver forgotten money during school hours.
🏃 OAC Trip Schedule for 6th and 7th grade ONLY 8th Grade will stay at Waller
If you need to check your student out early while they are at the Oakwood Activity Center (OAC), please report directly to the OAC for check-out.

6th Grade: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM @ Waller in afternoon
7th Grade: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM @ Waller in morning

VISITORS
Visitors are welcome to come and enjoy the performances! Here are the details:

Solos, Ensembles & Choir — Visitors will enter at the check-in station. IDs are not required this year, but please remind parents to stay within the competition area.

Large Group Band Performances — All concert and jazz bands will perform in the EHS auditorium. Visitors will enter from the alley this year (see the attached map). Please remind parents that bathrooms are not available near the auditorium and to please not wander into the main building.

Two weeks are available: June 1–5 and June 8–12. From creative business entrepreneurship to welding, healthcare, hands-on trades, and MORE, there’s something for everyone to explore!
