Their duties will begin on July 1, 2024. Owens joined the EPS team in 2013 as an elementary teacher. She went on to serve the district as an Instructional Coach and has been the assistant principal at Coolidge Elementary since 2021. Withey began her career in public education in 2013 as a special education teacher in San Antonio, Texas. She came to EPS is 2021 as an Enid High School special education teacher and, beginning in 2022, has served as the Glenwood/Prairie View assistant principal as well as an EHS assistant principal. “I am very excited to have both Sarah and Mary joining the elementary team as head principals,” said Randy Rader, Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Education. “Both Sarah and Mary have served as assistant principals at the elementary level and have proven themselves as strong leaders.
