WE GOT TO MEET OUR “GRANDFRIENDS”, TODAY! 💖👴🏼👵🏼💖

Mrs. Silva’s PreK class gets to go to The Commons, every Thursday morning, to LEARN and spend PRECIOUS TIME with the residents. We are excited to get to spend time with them and get to know them better…and we cannot wait to see the new classroom when it is finished!

We sang songs, read a book, danced and moved, gave BIG HUGS, talked ( and talked some more ), and learned that…

OUR CLASS IS A FAMILY 💖👩🏻‍🏫💖

It’s been SO MUCH FUN getting to know each other these past two’ish weeks of school! It’s amazing how we start out as strangers and quickly bond into a little “family” in our PreK classroom! I absolutely LOVE who I get to spend my days with and I can’t wait to see their excitement when we make our CLASS FAMILY BRACELETS, today!

Ms. Day’s 2nd graders learned about the ecosystem- living(biotic) and non living(abiotic) along with the energy flow and nutrients system that is created through the process. This group made two bioactive terrariums for their classroom. They had so much fun using their magnify glasses and adding final touches from their personal items, even adding live Isopods. What a great start in Science for them!
Great job Grizzlies! 🐻💙🪴
