Reminder: Please have students wear or bring closed-toed shoes for PE. Students go to PE daily.

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Fitness testing and survey forms for 4th and 5th grade students were sent home in backpacks today. Please review the form and return it as soon as possible.
You only need to sign the form if you do not want your child to participate in the survey and/or the fitness testing. There are two checkboxes on the form that allow you to indicate one or both options.
