Summer safety is vital for ensuring that everyone can enjoy the season's activities without unnecessary risks. With increased outdoor time, it's important to be mindful of sun protection, hydration, and safe practices around water and recreational activities. Using sunscreen, staying hydrated, and being aware of heat-related illnesses can help prevent health issues. Additionally, teaching children about safety rules while biking, swimming, or playing outside fosters a culture of awareness and responsibility. By prioritizing summer safety, we can create lasting memories while protecting our well-being. Thank you for this reminder, Healthy Schools Oklahoma.
